Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Butter, unsalted room temp
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. Almond filling canned
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Almonds slice/blanch

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar till smooth. Add in Large eggs and blend. Add in almond filling and lowfat milk and blend again. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, adn salt and add in to the creamed mix. Scoop 2 rounded Tbsp. of dough and roll toether to create each cookie.
  2. Drop dough onto lightly greased cookie sheets, spacing the cookies 2 inches apart. Press sliced almonds onto tops. Bake till cookies are lightly golden brown and hard to the touch, about 15 min. Using a spatula, transfer cookies to a rack and let cold.
