Football food makes me think of finger food, and one of my favorite finger foods is stromboli. It’s like a baked sandwich, and you can fill it with just about anything you can think of. I decided on cheese steak this time, it’s a hearty finger food for game day. I added some meaty portabello mushrooms and cut back on the meat to keep it hearty and healthy. If you aren’t a fan of blue cheese, mozzarella works well too.
