- 1/2 c. minced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. grated cheese your favorite
- 1/2 c. minced black olives

- Add in all the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed. Add in the yeast packet from the bread mix last. Don't use the delay cycle with this bread.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Comments: This is a wonderfully distinctive bread which was the clear winner for the period. The mushrooms and olives give it a memorable texture. We suggest it would go well with either baked chicken or possibly with a soup or possibly stew.
- Helpful Hint: To make this bread more flavorful, use the liquid liquid removed from the black olives in the bread mix and balance this added liquid by reducing the water.
- Yield: 1 loaf
