Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. apple cider or possibly juice
  • 6 ounce. cherry or possibly raspberry Jello (raspberry preferred)
  • 16 ounce. pitted dark sweet cherries
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 3 ounce. soft cream cheese
  • 1 c. applesauce

Инструкции

  1. Bring cider to boil, dissolve Jello in cider; set aside. Drain cherries, save syrup. Cut cherries in half; set aside. Add in sufficient water to syrup to make 1 1/2 c., stir into Jello. Take 2 c. of above and set aside. Refrigeraterest till partially set. To partially set Jello add in celery, nuts and cherries. Put into 6 1/2 c. mold, refrigeratetill almost hard. With Jello which has been set aside add in cream cheese. Stir till fluid, add in applesauce. Put into mold. Refrigeratetill set. Line with lettuce.
