Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten with fork
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 6 c. unsifted plain flour

Инструкции

  1. Pour boiling water over butter, shortening, sugar and salt. Heat and cold. Dissolve yeast in hot water and stir with Large eggs. Add in flour; work in well. Store in refrigerator 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Make out rolls and let stand 3 hrs. Bake at 400 degrees till brown.
