- To the scalded lowfat milk add in sugar, oil, salt, Large eggs, and lastly the yeast mix. Then with a spoon stir in the 4 c. of flour. Don't beat, just stir till flour is mixed in well.
- Leave dough in mixing bowl and cover. Let rise till batter has doubled in size. Work in sufficient flour (2/3 c.) to shape dough into balls, leaving dough slightly sticky. Let rolls rise till double in size, then bake in 375 degree oven. Makes 2 dozen.
