1 quart. whole ripe strawberries, unwashed, unhulled 1 c. pure maple syrup 6 glass salt dips or possibly sm. c.

6 wide short glasses 12 ice cubes

Инструкции

1. On individual dessert plates, arrange berries around salt; dip filled with maple syrup. Add in short glasses half filled with water and ice cubes.
2. TO EAT: Guests pick up berries by stem. Dip in water to wash. Dip in syrup and enjoy. The affinity of natural sugar to natural sugar is exquisite.
