1 can Festal pumpkin 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 c. sugar 3 Large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix all of above. Put in non-baked pie crust or possibly 9" square pan. Bake at 375 degrees till kitchen knife comes clean, about 45 min.
