Ингредиенты

2 1/4 c. flour 2 c. lard

1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tbsp. sugar

Инструкции

1. Mix all together to a crumb stage. Add in, mixed together: 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vinegar
2. Combine the last 3 ingredients and add in to first mix, mix by hand. Pour onto floured board and add in more flour till you can handle easily. This makes sufficient dough for 4 two-crust 8 inch pies.
