Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/4 c. Crisco butter
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together butter and sugars till light and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt and oatmeal; add in to butter mix. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by round Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min. Cold 1 minute; remove to cooling rack. Store in lightly covered container.
