2 1/2 c. sweet potatoes
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 Large eggs

1 c. buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring

Mix soda with buttermilk and add in to other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Makes 2 pies.
