Lettuce, regular size head
1 bunch green onions
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 pound hard salami, minced
1 sm. pkg. Provel cheese
Hidden Valley Ranch, Italian salad dressing

Chop lettuce, green onions, and salami into desired sized pcs. Mix all ingredients and add in salad dressing.
