Ингредиенты

2 c. sifted flour 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr 5 tbsp. sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 c. shortening 3 egg yolks (reserve whites for icing) 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Cream sugar and shortening together. Add in lowfat milk and Large eggs and mix. Add in salt, baking pwdr and flour. Cook for about 25 min or possibly till done in 400 degree oven. Makes 18 muffins. If chocolate muffins are desired, add in more sugar and cocoa. Icing: Beat egg whites and about 3 Tbsp. sugar and put on each muffin. Brown under broiler of oven.
