1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. salad oil 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger 1 chopped garlic clove

1. Prepare marinade by combining ingredients. Marinate beef or possibly chicken at least 3 hrs.
2. This is great for shish-ka-bobs using beef chunks or possibly boneless chicken, or possibly as a stir fry sauce.
