Ингредиенты

1 head cabbage, minced 1 green pepper, minced 1 med. onion, minced 1 c. finely diced celery 1 c. sugar

1 teaspoon celery seed 1/2 c. vinegar 1 teaspoon mustard seed (optional) 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Combine first 4 ingredients. In saucepan bring vinegar, sugar, seasoning to boil. Pour over cabbage mix. Place in airtight container. Will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
