  • 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 ripe med. bananas, mashed (1 c.)
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Инструкции

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine Large eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add in to flour mix, stirring till combined. Mix in nuts. Pour into a greased 9x11x3 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min or possibly till bread tests done. Cold on wire rack.
