1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. lowfat milk 2 teaspoon cider vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 med. head cabbage, shredded 1 lg. carrot, shredded
