Ингредиенты

3-4 pound chuck roast (trim fat) 1 1/2 c. catsup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 tbsp. chili pwdr

1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr 3 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Инструкции

1. Place roast in roasting pan or possibly crock pot. In medium bowl stir together all remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2-3 hrs. Turn meat once. Or possibly. Cook in crock pot 4-5 hrs on high. Cut meat to fit pot.
