  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 lg. bananas, mashed
  • Nuts, optional

  1. Mix all together well. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. The secret is orange juice (fresh, if you can).
