Ингредиенты

  • 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & liquid removed well
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn artichoke hearts, cut in half (canned are ok)
  • Buttered bread crumbs

Инструкции

  1. Grease a 1 1/2 to 2 qt casserole. Mix cheese and butter. Add in seasonings and well liquid removed spinach. Place artichoke hearts in bottom of casserole and around sides. Cover with spinach mix. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
