I love using pineapple juice in my smoothies. It gives a tropical flair for those hot Summer days or nights. To finish off the drink, garnish with a small pineapple wedge and blueberries.

- 2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 8 Oz. Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Cup Milk
- 6 Oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 1/2 Cups Ice Cubes (About 16 Cubes)

- In the container of an electric blender container, place blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey; whirl until smooth.
- Add ice cubes, a few at a time, whirl until finely crushed. Serve immediately.
