  • 1/2 c. Grand Marnier
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 pt Vanilla bean ice cream
  • 2 c. Sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 pt Raspberries
  • 1 pt Blueberries
  • 1 pt Blackberries
  • 1 pt Loganberries
  • 1 pt Strawberries halved
  • 2 ounce Chocolate curls
  • 2 Tbsp. Chiffonade of mint Powdered sugar in a shaker

Инструкции

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the Grand Marnier and lowfat sour cream together. Mix in the whipped cream. Arrange the berries on a platter. Pour the cream mix over the top of the berries. Garnish with the chocolate curls, mint and powdered sugar.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
