Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. White wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced shallots
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted

Инструкции

  1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, tarragon, and shallots. Cook rapidly till liquid is almost totally reduced. In a blender or possibly processor combine egg yolks, lemon juice and pepper. Slowly add in butter. Add in cooked herb mix. Blend till thick. Serve warm on steak.
