Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Yeast, dry
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk, lukewarm
  • 4 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Sprinkle yeast over hot lowfat milk; stir to dissolve. Beat egg yolks and add in to yeast mix with vanilla. Sift together flour, sugar and salt; add in to liquid ingredients. Stir in melted butter and combine thoroughly. Beat the egg whites till stiff; carefully fold into the mix. Let stand in a hot place about 45 min till mix doubles in bulk. Use 7/8 c. mix per waffle.
