- 1 pkt Dry yeast
- 1/2 c. Hot water
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Canned evaporated lowfat milk don't substitute
- 3 3/4 c. Flour
Инструкции
- Dissolve yeast in hot water. Add in beaten egg, sugar, salt, oil and evaporated lowfat milk. Pour all liquid into flour, and mix well. Refrigerateovernight
- (a MUST).
- Roll out next day on a well-floured board to 1/3-inch thick or possibly more. Cut into squares with a knife. Fry in at least 2 inches of oil till brown on both sides. Dust with powdered sugar.
