Ingredients: 3 c. all purpose flour; 2 c. white sugar; 5 Tbsp. cocoa; 2 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 1 c. oil; 2 c. pureed cooked red beets; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp vanilla

Ингредиенты

3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. white sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c. oil
2 c. pureed cooked red beets
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

Stir dry ingredients together. Mix oil and beets together and add in to dry ingredients. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees till toothpick in center comes out clean, about 30-35 min. Frost with a simple butter cream or possibly cream cheese frosting.
