Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. hot beer
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Mix above ingredients. Add in approximately 3 1/4 cups flour. Add in a small amount at a time. Knead for 5 min, place in greased bowl and let rise till doubled, about one hour. Punch down and press in pan let rise approximately 20 min.Add in your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
