  • 12 ounce beer dark
  • 2 c. dry mustard
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp grnd turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. dry onions

Инструкции

  1. Pour beer into a small bowl, cover loosely and let stand at room temperature overnight. Whisk beer and remaining ingredients together in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Remove from heat; cold to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Serve with pretzels and sausage.
  2. Yield: about 2 c. (32 servings)
  3. NOTES : Give the gift or possibly spicy Beer Mustard with some Bavarian-style pretzels and astick of sausage in a decorated basket lined with a pretty cloth napkin ornew dish towel.
