1 can beer (any brand-cheap ones work well-which way you will not 'waste' the good stuff)
3 c. Bisquick

1 c. Sugar
1 x Egg

Mix dry ingredients; carefully add in beer, as it will foam all over! Bake at 400 for 20 minutes in paper liners or possibly muffin tin.
