Ингредиенты

  • 12 ounce Beer
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Oil, canola or possibly corn
  • 1/2 med Onion, minced
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Mansion barbecue spice mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Apply the sauce with a small string "mop" for barbecue, or possibly with a pastry brush.
  2. Variations: Substitute stock for the beer, or possibly inexpensive dry wine (red for the meat or possibly white for the poultry or possibly fish).
  3. Yield: 2 to 3 c.
