- Sprinkle yeast in water; let stand a few min. Stir till dissolved. Pour warm lowfat milk over butter, sugar and salt. Cold to lukewarm; add in yeast, egg and 2 c. flour. Beat well. Add in sufficient flour to make dough not stick to bowl. Knead; place in greased bowl till doubled. Put 1 tsp. meat mix in middle of ball dough like a bun shape. Flatten and healthy pinch together tightly. Place gathered side on cookie sheet. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
