  • 1 x English-cut or possibly chuck roast (about 3 or possibly 4 lbs.)
  • 1 x 15-ounce bottle of catsup A little less than 3/4 pound of brown sugar
  • 1 x 16-ounce. can of beer (the subscriber suggested Budweiser)

Инструкции

  1. Put all 4 ingredients into a large kettle, add in sufficient water to cover the roast. Simmer on low till meat is very tender, about 3 hrs. Keep adding water to cover the roast till it is tender. Take the roast out of the Bar-B-Que sauce and either shred it, or possibly slice it, while the sauce boils down to the right thickness. Then, put the sauce over the roast and you are ready to eat.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use light beer (yuck).
