- Combine flour, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl. Beat in beer with a wire whisk or possibly rotary beater till smooth. Let stand 30 min.
- Pour sufficient vegetable oil in a large skillet or possibly saucepan to make a 1 inch depth. Heat to 375 degrees on a deep fat frying thermometer or possibly till a cube of bread turns golden brown within about 60 seconds. Dip chicken pcs into beer batter a few at a time, allowing excess to drain back into bowl.
- Fry chicken pcs, turning once, for 30 min, or possibly till chicken tests done. Place on paper toweling to drain. Keep hot in a 250 degree oven till all chicken is browned. Garnish platter with parsley and serve with onion rings, if you wish.
