Ингредиенты

1 pound lean grnd beef 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1 teaspoon minced chives 1 clove garlic, chopped

1/4 teaspoon pepper 18 lg. mushrooms 2/3 c. dry white wine

Инструкции

1. Thoroughly mix grnd beef, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl.
2. Remove stems from mushrooms; stuff mushroom caps with beef mix.
3. Place stuffed mushrooms in shallow baking dish; pour wine over mushrooms. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till meat is browned, about 20 min. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
