Ингредиенты

1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef 1 med. onion, minced 1 bell pepper, minced 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed

2 c. cooked rice 1 can Rotel or possibly tomatoes 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry meat, minced onions and bell peppers. Add in all other ingredients, except cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min or possibly till cheese melts and is slightly browned. Serves 6 to 8.
