Ингредиенты

  • 6 c. cooked rice or possibly noodles
  • 2 x carrots, sliced thin
  • 1/2 head broccoli, sliced thin
  • 1/2 head small cabbage, shredded
  • 4 tsp water
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil for glaze
  • 4 tsp sesame oil for stir frying
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 sm white onion, sliced thin
  • 2 lb beef thinly sliced (boneless top sirloin)

Инструкции

  1. Prepare rice or possibly noodles according to package directions. Slice and steam carrots and broccoli 6-8 min until just tender. Add in shredded cabbage and steam for 2 additional min. Set aside.
  2. Fold in small bowl: water, garlic, cornstarch, oyster sauce, 2 tsp. oil and pepper. Heat the wok with a medium flame, then add in 4 tsp. of oil.
  3. Stir-fry onions till fragrant. Turn the heat to high, add in the beef. Once browned, add in the glaze mix and stir fry till beef is well cooked.
  4. Assemble the dish on a platter. Start with a bed of rice or possibly noodles surrounded by the steamed vegetables; top with beef and teriyaki glaze.
  5. Serves4.
