- Prepare rice or possibly noodles according to package directions. Slice and steam carrots and broccoli 6-8 min until just tender. Add in shredded cabbage and steam for 2 additional min. Set aside.
- Fold in small bowl: water, garlic, cornstarch, oyster sauce, 2 tsp. oil and pepper. Heat the wok with a medium flame, then add in 4 tsp. of oil.
- Stir-fry onions till fragrant. Turn the heat to high, add in the beef. Once browned, add in the glaze mix and stir fry till beef is well cooked.
- Assemble the dish on a platter. Start with a bed of rice or possibly noodles surrounded by the steamed vegetables; top with beef and teriyaki glaze.
- Serves4.
