Ингредиенты

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean stew meat
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/2 to 1 sm. bell pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tomato soup can water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. Spray large skillet with Pam. Cut meat up in small pcs and cook till lightly browned. When meat is nearly done, put in onion and bell peppers and saute/fry lightly. Mix tomato soup and water till smooth. Pour over meat. Salt and pepper. Cook on medium to low heat till sauce thickens a little. Do not let it get too dry. Cook rice till fluffy. Serve meat over rice.
