- Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute/fry beef tips till browned on all sides and pour off excess fat. Add in mushrooms and shrimp while stirring, then add in remaining ingredients except for the 1/2 tsp. of flour, water, and bouillon cubes.
- Mix sufficient water to the flour to make a paste. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the water and add in to the skillet. Bring to a boil and reduce by 1/4 the volume. Add in the paste while stirring. When desired thickness is obtained, serve warm over rice. Serves: 6-8. (Prep and Cooking Time: 30-40 min)
