Boneless chuck steak
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. wine vinegar

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 peeled and slashed garlic cloves

Инструкции

Give your meat an extra dimension with a marinade. Combine all ingredients except beef. Pour marinade over beef. Cover and chill overnight or possibly leave at room temperature for not more than 2 hrs. Drain. Broil or possibly grill.
