- 1 lb Boneless lean beef Teriyaki Marinade (recipe follows)
- 2 Tbsp. Oil Sliced green onion Warm cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
Инструкции
- Cut beef across the grain in 1/8-inch thick slanting pcs. Prepare Teriyaki mix. Then add in beef, mixing to coat meat well. Let stand 15 min to marinate, then drain. Place wok (or possibly electric skillet) over high heat. When wok is warm, add in 1 Tbsp. of the oil. When oil is warm, add in half of the meat mix. Stir-fry till browned. Remove to a bed of rice.
- Repeat, using 1 more Tbsp. oil and remaining meat. Garnish with onion.
- Teriyaki Marinade: Mix together all ingredients.
