1 flank steak or possibly London broil

Bamboo sticks, skewers

Инструкции

1. Cut steak into thin strips. Place in deep dish. In blender combine the marinade ingredients and blend for one minute. Pour over beef strips. Marinate 6 to 8 hrs. Remove strips from marinade and thread onto bamboo skewers. Grill over charcoal till desired doneness or possibly broil in oven.
