- Make Dijon dressing: Whisk together extra virgin olive oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic, sugar substitute, basil and pepper in a medium bowl till creamy. Set aside.
- Cut beef tips into 1- by 1/2-inch pcs. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Brown beef in two batches 2 to 3 min. Remove from skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss salad greens with 1/2 c. dressing in a large bowl. Arrange greens on a platter; top with beef and croutons. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.
