Beef Strognoff Crepes

Ингредиенты

3 lbs. cubed beef
1 lg. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. lowfat milk

1 lg. onion, diced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Инструкции

Cook beef with diced onion till tender, drain; add in lowfat sour cream. Mix well. Fill crepe with beef mix, add in 1/2 c. lowfat milk with cream of mushroom soup, mix well and pour over crepe. Put in oven till top bubbles and serve at once.
