  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • garlic (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4-oz can mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Brown meat and onions together, drain.
  2. Add all ingredients except sour cream.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Heat through. DO NOT BOIL
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
