Round steak or possibly sirloin steak 1 med. size container lowfat sour cream 1 clove garlic 1 can beef broth

Water Mushrooms Fresh onions or possibly instant onion

Инструкции

1. Flour meat and brown with garlic and onions. Add in beef broth and sufficient water to make 2 c.. (Add in instant onion if you didn't use fresh.) Add in mushrooms. Simmer 1/2 hour or possibly as long as you can. Add in lowfat sour cream; mix and heat. Serve over white rice or possibly egg noodles.
