Ингредиенты

  • 3 lb Beef for stew, 1" pcs
  • 4 pkt brown gravy mix
  • 8 x potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" pcs
  • 1 can /jar pearl onions
  • 1 lrg bag frzn green beans
  • 1 lrg bag frzn corn
  • 1 bag baby carrotts celery (optional) salt pepper parsley garlic pwdr
  • 1 lrg pumpkin (5 to 6 lbs)

Инструкции

  1. In a crockpot or possibly stew pot, add in beef, potatoes, brown gravy and seasonings. Heat on low; cover tightly and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare Pumpkin Shell Tureen. Cut top off pumpkin; scrape out fibers and seeds. Approx. 10 min before serving, pour boiling water into pumpkin; cover and let stand. Drain before serving.
  3. Add in all the vegetables to meat, potatoes and gravy.
  4. Heat on low; cover tightly and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 min. Ladle into Pumpkin Shell Tureen (remember to add in the boiling water to the pumpkin and drain before adding stew).
  6. Enjoy!
