  • 4 pound beef chuck roast
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp. shortening

Инструкции

  1. Brown slowly on all sides in shortening. Place in Dutch oven. Add in 1/2 c. of water. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 2-3 hrs or possibly till done. Yield 8-10 servings.
