Beef Pot Roast

The soup helps keep this roast so incredibly tender.

Ингредиенты

  • 3-4 pound beef roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • Pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Put 1/2 can of soup on a double piece of foil, large sufficient to wrap around roast.
  2. On top, put 1/2 of the package of dry onion soup mix.
  3. Put roast on that and add in remaining soup and onion to top of roast.
  4. Wrap in foil and place in shallow pan.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour per lb..
  6. Makes roast and gravy all in one. Also a good way to fix chicken.
