Ингредиенты

  • 2/3 c. unsifted flour
  • 4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 7 1/4 pound chuck roast or possibly 6 1/2 pound boneless round roast
  • 1/4 c. fat or possibly oil
  • 1 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat with mix. Heat fat in heavy pan. Brown meat on all sides. Add in water as needed to prevent over browning. Cover tightly and cook over low heat or possibly in 350 degree oven till tender.
