Рецепт Beef Pinwheel

Ингредиенты

1 lb Grnd beef 1 1/2 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 x Egg, well beaten

2 Tbsp. Ketchup 1/3 c. Bread crumbs, dry 3 c. Cabbage, cooked and minced 1/2 c. Onions, sauteed and minced

1. Heat oven to 350. Grease a shallow baking pan. Combine meat, salt, worcestershire sauce, egg, ketchip, and bread crumbs. Blend well. Roll out meat between 2 sheets of waxed paper into an oblong about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Spread with cabbage mix. Roll like a jelly roll. Place in baking pan.
3. Bake 40 to 45 min. Serve plain or possibly with canned cream of vegetable soup, heated to boiling as a sauce.
